We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store return:

You’ll need the original debit or credit card you paid with and a copy of your email with the ‘Order Confirmation’.

Postal return:

Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your order number, name, address, contact number and reason for return. 

We recommend that you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. You should use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If you think that we have sent you a faulty item, please contact us straight away on 01-8476500 or email AthleticSportsLtd@gmail.com. 

Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Athletic Sports Ltd. Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
