Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the day of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items should be returned to Athletic Sports Ltd, Unit 4 Donaghmeade Shopping Centre, Donaghmede , Dublin 13, D13P2H2 , enclosed with a note with your order number included and your reason for return.

Our Shipping Partners:
We use An Post as our delivery partners. While we aim to offer our customers next day delivery we do have exceptions. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Ireland and if you have not received your order by this time please contact us by emailing Athleticsportsltd@gmail.com referencing the order confirmation number.
How Much:
Purchases over €80 will have free delivery, whereas purchases below €95 are subject to a €7.00 charge. European deliveries are subject to a €15-€20 fee.
Disclaimer:
The Athletic Sports will not be held responsible for any delays encountered by An Post. We strive to get most orders out with next day delivery, but at times our courier partners may experience delays within their own service. If you are contacted by An Post personnel and you request delivery to an alternative address to that submitted with your order, you do so at your own risk. Athletic Sports will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to deliveries in this case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Swimwear that has no hygiene seal. Footwear with no original box.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we confirm the return is accepted and refund is being processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
